• That payments are securely processed by our partners (Stripe, PayTech, MoneyFusion)
• To our refund policy as described below

Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been used
• In case of a major technical issue preventing use of the service

Credits used to create events are non-refundable.
